Fiona Steed
Fiona Steed Climbs Mount Kilimanjaro

Fiona Steed took part in possibly the most gruelling challenge of her life this summer when she climbed the 5,985 metre ascent to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania to raise funds for the Meningitis Research Foundation. Fiona was inspired to undertake the six day climb in memory of Hannah.

Asked how she felt on reaching the top, Fiona replied: "It was one of the worst nights of my life. It was so dark and cold, around - 20 C and I was ill all the way. But two friends and I really pushed each other through."
