September 2012 will see me take on one of the biggest challenges I have ever faced...climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Those who know me well won’t believe it until they see it because exercise, and strenuous exercise at that, is not something I would list as a favourite hobby. However, I am determined to complete this challenge and in the process I hope to raise money for an important cause very close to my heart.

Hannah was the greatest best friend you could ever ask for and I am doing this in memory of her and to raise money for the Meningitis Research Foundation. It’s a perfect opportunity because what I loved most about Hannah was her ability to take on any challenge that stood in her way. The sky wasn’t the limit in her eyes, and I think that taking on such a challenge for Meningitis Research Foundation is perfect.
